Create national adoption laws, that all states would have to abide to. As of right now a mother can travel to another state and deliver and put her baby up for adoption without notifying the father. If the father is unaware he would not sign up for parental rights, and therefore terminates them without ever knowing, thus losing his right to raise his child. STOP this FRAUD by creating a set of national and federal adoption laws with a NATIONAL paternal rights list, that all states would have to abide and recognize.
