We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Create a National Animal Abuse Registry

Created by M.D. on May 25, 2016

Today in the United States hundreds of millions of animals live in deplorable and abusive situations. Pigs are crammed into crates where they cannot move, cows are tortured to death, and dogs are used as fighting dogs or as bait in dog fights. Only 3 states have an animal abuse registry. This is unexpectable. All abusers have to do is leave those 3 states and get another animal. It is time for a national animal abuse registry, online for the public to view, so that an abuser can't cross state lines and so that the lives of millions of animals are saved and animals raised for meat are not living abusive lives before their slaughter. We also ask that chickens, lobsters, crawfish, and turkeys be considered animals as well for their protection.
