Texting while driving is a serious problem, we see the effects of it everyday on the road, in the news, and in our own lives. Many states have already banned this dangerous form of multitasking, but it is time to ban hand-held cell phone use all together. Dialing, talking or listening, and even just looking at your phone all put you at risk for a collision. Yes, we can sign pledges promising not to text and drive, but what about the people out there who do not sign pledges? What about the people who believe they are "good" at using their phones while driving?
