Create a National Boston Civil Servants Day in honor of the policemen, firefighters, etc, Who helped with the bombings

All of the Civil Servants and the entire Boston community deserve recognition for all of their help and cooperation with aiding those injured by the bombings and those who helped with the capture of the suspects. We should make April 15 a national holiday. Not just for the Boston community and Civil Servants, but for those helping in the community across the country.
