We propose the formation of a national Cannot Sign Petitions list which eliminates from the pool of eligible signatories any persons who display a reckless disregard for facts in the public record and are judged to be hazardous to serious adult discourse.
We further propose that the signatories to the "Deport Piers Morgan" petition be the first additions to the list for their inconsistent application of the Bill of Rights. In so stridently arguing that Mr. Morgan's refusal to accept the notion that more guns will make Americans safer constitutes an attack on the 2nd Amendment, they propose infringing his 1st Amendment right to free speech by deporting him.
