This bills would allow a CCW holder with a "home state" permit to carry in all 50 states. As long as you had a permit from the state you live in, this bill would force other states to give you full reciprocity rights. States still have the right to run its CCW permit program as they see fit. This bill now affords anyone with a valid permit the ability to travel through or CCW in neighboring states.
