Create a national clearinghouse for intrastate and interstate child/family support courts orders.

Currently there is no National data-source or clearinghouse for court ordered obligations, such as child support. A divorced couple has a child support order in CA. The father moves to a different state. The Mother and children move to a different state. The Father continues to pay support to the appropriate court ordered party. The Mother applies for social services in her new state and does not disclose she is receiving support. The state she now resides in, has no reference to check. They accept it at face value. They then send a garnishment to your employer. There are many, many people committing welfare fraud in this manner. Due diligence by the States are lacking. I petition to have a National database created to assist States in verifying court ordered obligations nationally.
