This amendment would allow all law abiding citizens the right to conceal carry a hand gun in all 50 states. This amendment would eliminate state laws created to keep people from the right to bear arms. If a person is deemed responsible by their home state to conceal carry a weapon, each state must honor that decision much like a drivers license.
