Create a National Constitutional Police Force

Create a National Constitutional Police force tasked with enforcing our country's highest laws.
Should anyone be in violation of our Constitution or our Bill of Rights they would be subject to arrest and prosecution. Anyone who swears an oath to the Constitution and then violates that oath would also be subject to arrest. Prosecution and penaltys to be determined by Constitutional scholars of high repute.
