create a national data base on fire arm ownership

Create a national data base for fire arms sales that allow law enforcement agencies to track the sale, resale, theft, and/or destruction of any given fire arm. Make registration mandatory and retroactive for all gun ownership. Attach this to any forthcorming fire arm legislative reform to give our law enforcement agencies better tools with which to do their jobs.
