Create a national data base tracking police violence against the American public .

The government tracks all types of crimes but does not track the abuses of Law Enforcement against the American public . The government needs to track all killings of Americans by Law Enforcement . The government should also track beatings and other violence committed by Law Enforcement against the American public .
This data base should also be open to the public so that Americans can see the violence being committed against them and act accordingly .
