Create a national database for diagnosed mentally ill patients and attempted suicides due to depression to stop violence

Created by C.M. on December 15, 2012

All for the 2nd Amendment but also believe we need better laws policing access to weapons. This can be done on two fronts.
1.) Create a mental health database. Mental health should not be doctor-patient confidentiality, physical and actually going to the hospital for an illness or sickness yes, but people who are bi-polar, schizophrenic, MPD, or have attempted suicide due to depression should go in a database. As soon as its diagnosed, the doctor himself/herself should put the info in the database which would be directly linked to a flagging system.

2.) Gun Reform/Control.
a.) embed trackers on guns so they can be tracked
b.) ban clips carrying more than 15 rounds
c.) ban extended clips
d.) Better education.
To own a gun you must take a class to eduacate on risks
