We the people, want to put an end to this senseless violence. We as Americans believe that with a Database containing the information of those who were booked into a hospital or jail with Mental Health Issues that could become a threat to the safety of ALL Americans. We believe that if this Database is set up, and well maintained we can keep those with Mental Health issues from purchasing firearms Legally.
