Create a National "Deadbeat Parent Registry" that is freely accessible to the public, employers and law enforcement. Furthermore enter the names of all Deadbeat Parents prominently into the NCIC database.
Deadbeat parents cost taxpayers in excess of 60 billion dollars per year and DHHS and the DOJ are not prosecuting these parents until they reach $50,000 in arrears, if at all, in violation of the Deadbeat Parent Punishment Act of 1998.
By crossing state lines Deadbeats avoid supporting their children and States have little or no interest in prosecuting these cases. Deadbeats are to free apply for such things as unemployment insurance, food stamps and veteran's benefits using the child's SSN and birth certificate to profit from the children they refuse to support.
