Natural and man-made disasters hurt/kill Americans
just as wars/terrorists do. The USA should establish
such a Force and giving it the resources and personnel
to plan, research, prepare, and execute all activities needed to prevent, defend, rescue, and relief damages
caused by disasters. Such a Force must be fast to
mobilize and quick to deploy.
An international movement for all governments to do the
same and for all such national disaster Defense Forces
to coordinate and to aid one another.
Mankind against disasters can become a huge pillar
for world peace.
