This is a petition to ask for the creation of a national "do not murder without due process" list. Much like the national "do not call" list, which results in fines for telemarketers who call individuals on the "do not call" list, this list would provide a framework to fine the United States government for killing individuals on the "do not murder without due process" list. Once an individual has registered for the list, the United States government would have 31 days to comply. Beyond the 31 day window, an individual can file a complaint with the Supreme Court if they are murdered by the United States government, via drone strikes or any other means, without the benefit of due process as spelled out by the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America.
