States like Florida and Ohio have proven time and a gain that they can not be depended on to run an election. On the state level, that's up to the state residents to address, But for Federal elections, partisan state governments should not be allowed to meddle with elections by manipulating registration, early voting, or locations in an attempt to rig an election for any party.
A non partisan committee should create and oversee a standard set of rules making registration and voting easy and convenient for ALL American citizens.
