"SOME STATES" have passed laws that govern the rights of unmarried fathers; however, each state carries a different criteria! A #NationalFatherRegistry would be valuable to all properly fit, capable, and willing fathers. Currently, registering doesn't establish a FATHER'S RIGHTS, a FATHER must "LEGALLY" prove himself, whereas a Mother is ordained rights to the child at birth. We need a National Registry that will UNIFY the criteria and the process that establishes a Father's Rights to his child.
Creating a #NationalFatherRegistry would be the first step in preventing unethical adoptions. As it is today, this broken system is being used to strip children from the arms of the FATHER and sell them to adoptive parents for millions each year.
