Create a National Firearms Banking/Depository Sytem to computer chip and house gun owner's firearms when not in use.

Create a National Firearms Banking/Depository Sytem for manditory computer chipping and housing of gun owner's firearms when not in use. Firearms owners will be required to place all firearms in a local Firearms Bank where they will be allowed to sign out, date, and give detailed written reason for their firearms use while in posession of the firearms. They can keep the firearms for a limited period before signing the firearm back into the Firearms Bank. These firearms will be computer chipped for GPS location at any time and monitored by the Bank. When said firearms are in violation of agreed written description of use the firearm owner will be reported to authorities immediately. Firearms Banks will protect our 2nd Amendment rights while rendering more gun control in this country.
