Create a national hero award for teachers and school administrators who protect students from harm during an emergency.

In light of the extraordinary measures of heroic valor shown by educators across the nation who went beyond in their actions to protect our students in dangerous critical situations (i.e. Sandy Hook, the tornadoes in Oklahoma, and the other various other events across the nation going back past the Columbine School shooting).
