The federal government should cover civilian citizen heroes medically when injured in an act of heroism. Someone I know was injured trying to save a woman from a burning vehicle and his medical bills are astronomical. The saying is "No good deed goes un-punished", It should be, "Thank you for putting yourself in harms way for another human being".
