Create a national holiday after the beginning and ending of daylight savings time and give proper time to adjust.

Created by L.A. on March 11, 2013

It should be proposed that a national holiday should be created after the time shifts to give the American people adequate time to adjust to without harming productivity at work and one's personal health.
