Created by Mr. Salerno's Alternative (special education) Government Class at Peshtigo Middle/High School in Wisconsin as part of a project discussing the First Amendment Right to Petition. The students of this class are very concerned with hunting and the outdoors, and believe that the American deer hunting tradition should be honored and preserved by the establishment of a National Holiday.
