Whenever a CNA, Nurse, or Doctor observes unprofessional, dangerous, neglectful, incomptent behavior from another Doctor, Nurse, CNA (or any other healthcare worker). That 'Mandated Reporter' should be compelled to call in to a National Hotline and report what was observed.
