Create a National Internet Firewall between the U.S and other countries to prevent unlawful intrusion.

Over the past several years, the amount of unlawful attacks on U.S citizens from many outside countries via the internet has reached an astronomical number. Whether it be from spam, malware, DDOS Attacks, viruses etc... These attacks have continued. Data has been corrupted, Identities Stolen and lives destroyed.
Not just from China, but multiple countries who have no fear of repercussions.
Homeland Security or possibly some other agency needs to establish a way to block unwanted traffic from these international IP addresses to stop these attacks.
