We ask that a bill is proposed by the administration to cause all job openings within the US to be listed at one website, maintained by the federal government of the United State.
Employers would have to register, at a minimum, a one word description of each position. Any description would have to be an accurate depictiong of the opening. Fields would be available to make the description as thorough as the employer could desire, including education requirements, experience desired, salary, how to apply, and links to relevant sites.
This would make looking for work far easier than the current paradigm of searching through hordes of career sites. It would allow for extremely accurate records of job openings and skill demands, and give labor economists the best picture of the job market.
