Create a national jobs corps using unemployed Americans.

All existing Infrastructure in the U.S.A. needs to be improved and maintained including: highways, local roads, bridges, rail road lines, bus depots and shipping ports, etc. Our natural parks also need to be improved and maintained. All of our airports, train stations, bus stations, rail stations also need to be improved and maintained. By improved and maintained: I mean made to deliver service faster with multiple 24- hour options. Jobs can then be offered to the unemployed at a designated wage and our country's infrastructure would improve. Think, Japan.
