Create a National Labor Union for non-union workers wanting union representation.

Created by Z.C. on March 18, 2013

In order to combat global economic forces, union-busting tactics of special interests, and to preserve the rights and futures of American workers, a powerful check is needed to defend the American laborer. It is here by proposed that a national union be created between laborers (who work at least 30 hours per week in one or more entry-level position for a minimum of 3 months) of the United States of America. This union is to be funded solely by the people who join it, and will have a mandated cost of participation set by direct democracy. The use of these funds will be voted on each year. This union shall have recognized branches in each state as well one national branch and each branch and its constituents shall hold the same rights and protections as any other labor union in the US.
