Create a National Language of English so that every person will be required to know English as an American Citizen.

With each person able to speak English all law enforcement will easily be able to communicate with the public. Also in time of war if the draft was ever reestablished or America was invaded then all would be able to communicate to effectively defend the nation. Last as America is prominently a English speaking country all potential citizens should be required to learn English before being given admission to America.
