Create a national law that will mandate the CNA/patient ratio the same in every state.

Please help create a national law that will mandate the CNA/patient ratio the same in all states! Some states have CNA/patient ratio laws in place that limit the number of patients one CNA can care for to as low as five patients while many other states have no such law and CNA's are attempting to care for 20 plus patients at a time alone. It is impossible for one CNA to provide adequate care for that many people! The 1.5 million elderly and/or disabled Americans that are living in long-term care facilities across the nation deserve the same quality of care and that level of quality needs to be mandated equally for all states in the nation!
