A national list of Animal Abusers that have been convicted or are currently being prosecuted for Animal Cruelty. This list is available to everyone, which lists the name of the Abuser, the charges or convictions in detail to include what type of animal and nature of abuse. There should also be a picture of the convicted to easily identify this person.
