This day is set aside to honor all US military Medal Of Honor recipients. It can be a day of remembrance of those who went far beyond the call of duty to ensure our freedom.
All schools should take an 1 hour this day to inform their students of the deeds and acts of valor and ultimate sacrifice of these brave souls.
Media outlets (TV, Radio, etc..) should utilize their resources to provide detailed information about the deeds of Medal Of Honor recipients in their local areas.
Any currently living Medal Of Honor recipients should be duly honored in a public forum by local, state and federal officials where all possible and reasonable.
Any other resources or ideas that would help make this day of remembrance special are duly appreciated and should be added to this request.
