Create National Medical Schools that exchange education for Public Service for the American People's Health Care

This Petition is a part of a possible solution for our country's Health Care problem.
Establishing Federal colleges that focus on providing free education in return for graduate's public service is necessary to help our country's Health Care. The new school system would be based upon the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Which provides free education in exchange for military service.
This system needs to be broadened to allow more civilians in and instead of military service, offer public service to the much neglected American health care system. If we can afford to train doctors for the US military we can afford to train doctors for the US people that they protect.
Public service of graduates could range from the emergency room to the surgical room.
