Create a national minimum hour for our public schools

Created by A.B. on September 23, 2014

Public Schools across the United-States should start at 8 AM or later. Students across the United-States, including me, have been complaining about not having enough sleep. This situation is concerning not only because we are not able to perform at our peak performance but also, it may increase risks of health conditions. According to researches, the average teenager needs at least 9 to 10 hours of sleep each night. About 65% of the population gets only 7 hours of sleep.
We, the students of the United-States of America, need your help to make a change in our nation's future.
