For too long has the Government ignored our peoples love of Silly Walks. The main issue at hand is the lack of funding. With a properly set up administration, the brave pioneers of Silly Walk development will be able to receive proper funding to aid in their research, which is the least we, as a Nation, can offer them. If handled correctly, the United States of America may, one day, skip and hop and frolic like our Founding Fathers dreamed we would.
