On May 31, 2009, Dr. George Tiller was assassinated by political extremists for conducting medical procedures specifically protected by the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. President, America should honor this man's commitment to our nation's sacred civil rights. Please create a National Monument in honor of his sacrifice.
