Require the United States government to create a national firearms open carry law. Allowing all law abiding citizens of the United States to carry an open exposed firearm after a complete background check by the Department of justice and the FBI. All citizens found eligible to carry an open exposed firearm would be allowed to do so throught the United States of America. Also require all citizens carrying an exposed firearm to identify such to any Peace Officer upon request or during any encounter with a Peace Officer.
