create a National Police Guidelines Mandate bill and send it to Congress to make it law.

It is clear from recent events that the police within our great nation have become corrupt. They have violated basic rights that we hold to be the backbone of our democracy. They have killed, injured, and terrorized citizens of all backgrounds and ethnicities, such as Micheal Brown, without repercussion. The people should not fear their government or those who vow "to protect and serve". We urge the Obama administration to create national mandates for law enforcement behavior that center on the protection of the rights of citizens, not the power of the law enforcement. These mandates should include items such as all offices must wear an operable front facing camera at all times, and any officer that fires any form of weapon will be fired immediately. We urge this be done with all due haste
