Create a National Political Regulatory Standards Board to make sure anybody running for president is fully qualified

It is possible these days, that with social media, previous positions that people have held, and outside money, that so many people - otherwise unqualified - can run for president. We have had two presidents who served as business CEOs, and left office with economies in free fall. This past election primary season, we had two business CEOs run for president, one of whom lost the nomination, and another who got the nomination but lost. Politicians should represent the people, not special interests or big business, and should fight for the common good of everybody. This board would ensure that everybody running for President would pass a set of required standards before they can be in a primary. Lies, fallacies, and flip-flops are not welcome.
