Given the recent events, it is obvious that pressure cookers are a dangerous weapon. We believe that proper background checks need to be administered before a person can own a pressure cooker. A national registry must be created.
Those citizens who currently own a pressure cooker must provide all information to the government so that their names appear on the registry. Any selling or gifting of an existing pressure cooker to family, friends, or strangers must be reported to the government.
No more then 1 pressure cooker a year can be be purchased.
