So as to reduce congressional gridlock and to include the people, the 99% in the decision making process. We the people demand a national propositional ballot to decide on issues that congress cannot.
This ballot is to be distributed every two years with clear & accurate language reviewed & revised by an independent committee and to be put to a general vote and to be signed by or vetoed by the president of the United States of America.
