Create a National Raffle

Created by V.P. on October 28, 2013

Create a National Raffle to reduce the nation’s debt. The difference between a raffle and a lottery will be that random numbers are not chosen but a ticket number which has been purchased will be selected, resulting in a winner each week. Half of the income generated that week will go to the owner of the number drawn and half will go to the federal government to assist in paying the national debt. Each citizen could be limited to one ticket a week to ensure those with low incomes do not spend too much money on the raffle and to prevent people from gambling on the raffle by purchasing multiple tickets. The raffle will create four new millionaires’ each month while helping to solve the national debt crisis.
