Create a National Railway System just like President Eisenhower did with the Interstate System. It would create jobs.

I would like to see this Administration put in place a National Railway System that would run in the likeness of the Interstate System. It would create thousands of jobs as well as advance our transportation system. And it would give Americans another mode of travel, if Japan can create High Speed Rail why not the US.
