Create a national reciprocity license to allow the carry/transport of loaded firearms from state to state

There should be a federal license that is a national reciprocity, people can obtain to allow legal carry of a loaded firearm between state to state instead of having to obtain out of state licensing. NO state should be allowed to deny the right to bear arms. Statistics have shown that allowing the legal carry of firearms crime does go down and the streets have not become filled with gun fights.
