To create a national regents system for the higher education system .

In order to create a more modern and equitable system of education that will be able to compete with university systems throughout the world. To insure the national posterity has a quality education. To offer free education to those who are accepted at the nation's highest educational institutions. To allow civilian undergraduates the same opportunities that are already enjoyed by those who attend the nation's military academies.I ask the administration to design a National Board of Regent's comprised of the nation's ivy league schools and major state universities.This U.S. Regents System should be placed under the U.S. Department of Education.
