1) any RN that attained their credential from an accredited educational institution in the US will not be prevented from being an RN in any other state;
2) the various State Boards of Nursing will have immediate data-sharing capabilities, to prevent problem RNs from changing jurisdictions to avoid prosecution;
3) RNs may choose to make themselves available to be called upon by FEMA or the National Command Authority in case of natural disasters or asct of war or terrorism, resulting in mass casualties.
