Create a national registration list of all persons who may be a risk to harm others.

Created by W.D. on December 30, 2012

To prevent future tragedies like the mass murders in Arizona, Colorado & Connecticut, The Obama administration should require all persons diagnosed with any mental illness and all persons with a current prescription for antidepressants who may also be mentally ill to register on a National database. This data base should be searchable by both law enforcement & the public who have a right to know if a potential violent offender lives in their area. The common thread in all recent mass murders is the murderer was violently mentally ill. This registry will protect the public from future mass murders.
