Create a national registry of white males in order to protect the people from America's most consistent threat.

From the Redcoats to the Alt Right, the most consistent threat to Americans' safety and well being have been White males. From their immoral enslavement of non white people, their genocide against native people, their routine violence against women, children, LGBT people, people of color, and people abroad, white males routinely prove themselves to be an existential threat to America and the world. According to the FBI (https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2011/crime-in-the-u.s.-2011/tables/...), Whites accounted for 6,578,133 of the 9,499,725 total arrests in America in 2011. Compare this to 2,697,539 for Blacks, and it's easy to see that Whites are our country's greatest domestic threat. What's more, whites are living in every state in the union. We must begin tracking this threat.
