Create a National Right to carry handgun reciprocity act. Create a national permit system.

Create a handgun permit reciprocity act that gives those who have handgun permits the ability to carry for self defense in other states. There has been a patchwork of laws that often are only good in some states but not others. It's time to have all states on the same page giving all permit holders who have passed background checks the right to carry in all states.
