Create a national sales tax on bullets. Tax bullets out of business.

Since guns are here to stay, let's make bullets a very expensive purchase. If someone does buy a bullet, it should make a dent in the deficit. A tax of $10,000.00 per bullet would work to deter crime and murder. The Government (military and police) would be exempt from the tax.
